These Terms govern your use of TokAI (dashboard, APIs, SDKs/widgets, and integrations). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping credentials, API keys/sub-keys confidential and for all activity under your account, including roles and permissions configuration.
2) Customer Content
- You own your content.
- You grant TokAI a limited license to host, process, index, transform (embeddings), and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.
- You may delete content; reasonable retention applies for security/backups.
3) AI: no fine-tuning by default
- TokAI does not fine-tune or train models using Customer Content by default.
- Embeddings and RAG are not training.
- AI may be inaccurate or incomplete; you must validate outputs before critical decisions.
4) Acceptable use
You must not use the Service for illegal or infringing activities, bypass security, access other tenants’ data, abuse infrastructure, or generate/facilitate malware, fraud, harassment, or harmful content. TokAI may suspend or terminate access due to risk or violations.
5) Third-party integrations
TokAI may integrate with external services. These integrations may require sharing data with third parties, may change or stop due to external factors, and are governed by third parties’ terms and policies.
6) Plans, metrics, and billing
Usage may be measured by requests, tokens, storage, and/or plan limits. Pricing and limits are published in the Service or a commercial agreement. Non-payment or abuse may result in limitation or suspension.
7) Availability
Unless an SLA exists in writing, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Maintenance may occur.
8) Intellectual property
TokAI retains all rights in its software, brand, UI, APIs, and documentation. No license is granted beyond what is required to use the Service.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokAI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days (or the minimum required by law).
10) Termination
You may cancel anytime. TokAI may suspend/terminate for violations, risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, access stops and content may be deleted subject to reasonable retention.
11) Changes
TokAI may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
